I enjoyed taking this course and compare it to something similar I did 2004 in my wellness therapist education in Sweden. Karen is very structured and in deep explaining both positive and negative things around diet and different ages and things to think on. she is talented in being very pedagogic as teacher and very talented in so many fields. This is a pleasure to learn from her.Thank you so much.
This course was excellent! It was well rounded, short, but touching on and adding some more vital information needed in healthcare and guiding others in their healthcare concerns. This is the first course I have taken that was deeper about many types of water and dehydration! I would personally add about chlorinated water and it's toxicity. Chlorine was the first chemical used in warfare in the "Great War," WWI. When working with my clients I share the importance of drinking healthy water. In America, many people assume when eating out or in the hospital, they are getting healthy water but it is from the tap.
This course has helped me to further my credentials, knowledge, and will be a wonderful addition to the courses I have been taking to get my P.A. in Integrative Medicine. Thank you!
