About this course

Our course is aimed at those who are either absolute beginners in the therapy world or for those that already have an existing therapy background and wish to expand their skills by using Mindfulness for Teenagers as an additional tool. It is also aimed at those who are parents or teachers and have children/students aged between 11-16 years old.
